Charity Challenge results

A strong and very deep grid of 34 cars put on two fantastic races. It was not just a great weekend of competition, but the honor of sharing the track, wheel to wheel, with the legendary John Morton left everyone with a huge smile. In both CTC and Heritage Classes, everyone got a race, with particularly entertaining battles featuring John Norman, Tim Brecht, Michael Reischl and Jim Froula. in CTC, three groups all clustered within a second of each other raced closely until the race settled into a rhythm with Henry Schmitt getting the win on Saturday and Alan Terpins on Sunday. John Morton himself was in the thick of the action, racing with cars packed tight all around him.
